Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If Thin Air Pro is not for you, email within 14 days of purchase with your order number and you get your money back. The free app stays free, so there is nothing to refund there.
How to ask
- Email alvolio10@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your Lemon Squeezy order number (it is in your receipt email). "Please refund" is enough; you do not have to explain.
- I reply within a few days and issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, which sent your receipt. Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the merchant of record for all Pro purchases.
- The money goes back to the original payment method. Lemon Squeezy's refund usually posts within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Any VAT or sales tax charged is refunded together with the price.
What happens to the license
A refunded license key is disabled. The next time the app checks the key, the advanced Studio features lock again; everything in the free app keeps working, and any scenes you saved stay on your Mac.
After 14 days
I cannot promise refunds after the 14-day window, but if the app does not work on your Mac and we cannot fix it together, write anyway and we will sort something out. The same goes for duplicate purchases or an obvious mistake: email and it will be corrected.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you have as a consumer in your country, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK consumer law or Israel's Consumer Protection Law. Where Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms give you a broader right, that right applies.
Chargebacks
Please email before opening a dispute with your bank: a refund by email is faster for you and cheaper for a one-person shop. A chargeback disables the license key in the same way a refund does.
